This is a collection of black and white photographs of varied subject matter from the UK where I live and locatins around the world that I have visited over the past ten years or so. I hope you like them. I hope you like them enough to buy one, but most of all I hope you like them. I'm cool! Some of the prints are made by a technique known as "lith printing". This uses a normally processed negative, but a combination of paper and developer chosen to give very high contrast prints, but which retain detail in the highlights. Patience is required, the process can take up to 30 minutes for the image to appear, compared to 2 minutes for a conventional print, for for the correct photograph the wait is worth it! Often the print has a pink of beige colouration which can be modifed futher by toning. If you do want to purchase any of these prints you can select them while browsing the galleries or from the shop. These prints are high quality Giclée digital prints of the original.
